Obama needs to not be a retard with the economy

Obama and the Republicans have their own individual ideas as to what is best for the American economy. If the republicans had a plan, why are they waiting until now to present it ? Are you telling me that there was this magic plan hidden all this time and NOW is the time to unveil it ? Weren't the republicans in charge when the economy went into the crapper ? Obama just got here. I'm sure his plan is wonderful in so many ways it will make me want to cry like a little German school girl and masturbate in-front of my cousin.

It's a good plan, but there's a few things that need to be pointed out.

It's not just the American economy that's suffering, it's the whole world. This is an example of how we are evolving into a world economy. When we hurt, other countries hurt, therefore the inverse of that is true as well. Sometimes, the best way to help yourself is to help someone else for no reason, other then just to help.

The reason the economy is in such bad shape is because property was valued much higher then it actually was and paper was written against that property, creating money and pumping it into the economy. This caused our money to become worth less and less, because the money was all in the form of notes backed by mortgage payers.

Also, if you've ever had a white collar job in America (government or private sector) you would know that:

• most people are work, aren't working.
  
• people in-charge aren't usually good at being in-charge.
• work is more about control, power and politics then actually getting things done.
• no one really cares
• meetings are like the special olypics, reguarless of what is discussed, everyone is still retarded.
• No matter how many employees there are, there are only a handful responsible for the company's income.

Generally, I have a hard time believing that any organization that doesn't create a measure of value to the world, it can not be truly self-sustaining. 

Finally, the last cause of the crap economy are these wtf banks that don't really have nearly as much money as they lend, and charge waaay to much interest to high risk lenders, then sell the debt for pennies on the dollar to collection agencies, whom hire a bunch of dickholes that annoy the crap out of people by calling them and getting 10% of these people to pay 50% of their original debt. This process devalues money.

How do we 'REALLY' fix it ?

Simple, if you want to create value, you have to create value.

Playing the world of warcraft for as long as I have in the past, I've learned a few things about economy. There's 2 types of money. Money that's created out of thin air and money that already exists that is exchanged. The more money you create out of thin air, the less it's worth. The more money people are willing to pay for something, the more it's worth. The government knows how many US dollars are in existance and where all the dollars are. The government can control 'some' of this money and create as much as they want. If they create 900 billion dollars, they have to try and freeze that much in existance. If this money goes into funding companies and organizations that create value which will hire people, those people will be employed, should be encouraged to purchase homes and will undoubtedly fuel the consumer driven companies.

If Obama looses focus on creating this value, the whineing republicans will be correct in that this package that's going out will do nothing but create more debt. At this point, our debt doesn't really matter, our economy is clearly tied to the rest of the world already, and as China, India and the rest of the fast paced countries begin to develop their economies, it will bolster ours and vice-versa.

If not, our debt gets bigger, but who really cares because if anyone tries to forcefully collect on their debt, they will just be met with our republican wrath.

Old aging is a disease, our cells are programmed to die. That programming can be changed, we just don't know how.

The question is, if someone did figure this out, who gets to know ? Is it possible this has been figured out already and a small group of humans that will live for thousands of years, are just sitting around watching us all die ?

If it was made public, and everyone found out and got the cure, would we die of overpopulation, or will be forced to learn how to colonize other planets ?

I think, this has been figured out and there is a group of people on this planet that have been alive for a very, very long time. They have been advancing for thousands of years. As humans get older (and don't decay) they advance because their brains have the oppertunity to create more complex internal paths over a longer period of time. This allows a deeper understanding of perception and a general advancement of intelligience. This group lives isolated, maybe even under the sea or in the earth. They selectively choose members from the general population of the planet to join their commune. The goal of the selection of people is largely in the service of create a rich, comprehensive and optimized genetic make-up. This could continue in the service of each man procreating with 4+ different women. One item to note would be, if someone that is approached chooses not to accept the offer, they have to die. No questions.

In the really-real world, telomeres are found in every normal cells are known as the "fountain of youth" in that it is found at the end of chromosomes and protect them during replication. Eventually, your telomeres break down and this is one of the main factors due to aging. Normal cells due not posses telomerase to remake or synthesize telomeres,
so we age.

Therefore, we need to figure out how to keep telomerase around longer ? The problem is, viruses and cancers utilize telomerase which is one of the reasons why they are able to grow and become invasive. A recent study has shown that if we were able to keep telomerase around, we become susceptible to growth proliferation or tissues growing more than they should. We'd predispose ourselves to more cancers and probably die at a younger age than would without this enzyme activity.

With technology like this perfected, perhaps trasmitting data would be distance-insensitive.

Consider any sentient race, on any planet. At some point, would they invent a computer ? a network ? build an internet ?

Wouldn't it be interesting if there were an intergalactic internet sitting under our nose that we could connect to at any time, if we knew how. Consider, thousands of alien species, communicating, collaborating, possibly conflicting or conspiring to find a way to visit in person, create energy, resources, technology, medical information...

It's nice to call, before you visit. Being an uninvited guest could yeild undesirable consequences.

If the gonvernment is going to provide money in this way to corporations, then we are slowly converting our republic-democracy to a corporate socialism. 

Letter to Harry Reid on Thurs --> companies that get government help would be required to get approval from their primary regulator before they could pay dividends to shareholders, and they would be limited in the executive compensation they could pay out.

This means: If the goverment gives you money, the goverment makes the rules. I'm sure there's more rules.

Here's the dumb question: Why don't we bail out a health insurance company, or perhaps an oil company ?

The media and our economy

Every time you listen to the general news from the major networks, you hear news about how messed up the economy is. I think we all know that there are issues with the economy. That doesn't mean that the media needs to put a constant spin on the negative aspect of our situation, it just makes the situation worse.

You never hear a story about how a families are saving money, or about companies that ARE creating jobs and doing well. This good news is drowned out by the bad news. When people see all this bad new, they panic, get upset, act irrationally. When we see it over and over again, it has a severe impact on how we think about things. Because of the effect information has on people, that makes the media responsible for the poor economy.

Perhaps when money is no longer paramount to progression, will we see a change in what the news chooses to feed us.

There are 122,815,304 people that voted in America

There are approximately 15 Million Black voters, 94% of them voted for Obama.

So about 7,700,000 (of 122,815,304) black people voted for Obama, which is %6 of the vote. So if  Only 44% of white people voted for Obama, who were the rest ?

The other races of 'voteing america' aren't big enough to make much more of a dent in the winner.. so which part of this is wrong ?

Basically, white america voted Obama into the white house, which means that people, in majority do not vote for their own race. America seems to have gained perspective in they way they think about themselves.
